On September 14, 2009, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location

does it mean that i will recieve a decision in 60 days ?

It is simply a standard response letter - they receive your RFE response - the 60-day thing doesn't necessarily mean anything.

but at least it means they are working on my case , the date of the ref is august 31st , and my biomitric letter was dates august 27th ( i will have my biomitrics done sep 24th )

does this mean they are working on my case ?

does this mean they dont need more papers?

plus , will they deal with my AOS & EAD old filling date which is august 19th or new date sep 14th ?

my AOS was the one to be touched not EAD

Pretty much

No - doesn't necessarily mean that - but in all likelihood they won't.

It doesn't reset the clock - your NOA1 date is still the date your processing started.

my AOS was the one to be touched not EAD

That's because they are two separate things.

So my EAD is not delayed because of the ref ? , the notice of the ref date was 8/31 but it was recieved 8/10 , it takes them forever , dont know why?

but when do they send the case to the local processing office?

It does (or can) delay the EAD - processing on EAD is supposed to be suspended until the RFE is responded to (the RFE notice says this in the text of the notice). Once they receive your response, processing should resume (again, not resetting the clock).

but when do they send the case to the local processing office?

Could be any time - but not likely until at least after your biometrics.
