hi.. my fiance got fired from work.. actually he got fired last march then he found a job, then now he got fired again,,, is there a specific year or years that USCIS is requiring the petitioner to be employed to apply the K1 visa? and then, is it alright if he got employed with another job specification? like for example, before a petitioner was a maintenance man but now security guard..

thank you in advance...

Doesn't necessarily need to be employed at the time the petition is filed and when he does find employment, it doesn't have to be in any particular field of work (certainly doesn't need to be in the same field of work as he may have had previously).
