I received my Interview letter yesterday for Atlanta DO. It asked me to bring the any document regarding the Selective Service. I did not register with Selective Service as I came to US firsttime after my 27th birthday and I did not have any Status Information Letter either. Do I have to get any status information letter .

Your help is appreciated.

My husband was the same, but he didn't receive a letter. A friend told him he may need proof he was over 26, so he downloaded the form and sent it anyways. Each case is different so i would send one. Make a copy of the letter/form and receipt that you send it, so if you don't receive anything back you have proof you sent it. Here is the form

If your first entry ever to the US (and you have a date stamp in your passport) is after your 27th birthday, I don't see what more proof USCIS would need that you didn't need to register...

That being said, there's no harm in getting the letter, but one would think that it wouldn't be necessary...
