I passed the MEDICAL EXAM. WoooOOo hOOOoo!

In Day 1 got there at 4:30 finish at 10am.

In DAY 2 got there at 7am finish at 12pm.

God is truly great, all the time.

For the Benefit to those filipinas who haven't undergo the med exam here's the FLOWCHART.

DAY 1

1. Verification of the US Embassy Packet by the SLEC Guards. (ground floor)

2. All applicants are asked to fill up the Patient Data Sheet form (ground floor)

3. Submission of accomplished PDS form at the RECEPTION AREA where digital picture-taking and encoding of data are done. (ground floor)

4. Payment at the Cashier in the Philippine Currency (5th floor)

5. X-ray Department (3rd floor)

6. Laboratory ^for blood/urine tests^ ( 4th floor)

7. US Counter (5th floor)

8. Vital signs (5th floor)

9. Weight and Height Determination (5th floor)

10. Eye Test (5th floor)

11. Medical Examination ^All applicants are asked to disrobe completely^ (5th floor)

12. Tuberculin Skin Test/Immunization Interview (2nd floor)

13. Check-out Counter (found in each respective areas)

DAY 2

1. Guard counterchecks the applicant's name against the master list (ground floor)

2. Immunization Room (2nd floor)

3. Releasing Section (ground floor)

Posting this is returning the favor, and saying thank you to those people who have help me throughout my journey.

PS.

1. Pray (be specific).

2. Have Faith to our Lord Jesus Christ. (Mark 11:24)

3. Wear comfy shirt and jeans (no high heels, well up to you but better if its flat shoes)

4. Smile and be polite to the nurses and staff.

5. Thank God for EVERYTHING.

6. Keep the Faith Burnin'!

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
