Hello,

l am a mexican woman married with a US citizen and we are living in Korea.

we dont want to live in the US for now because his work is here, but we want to go to the US to visit his family.

i havent meet my mother or father in law so they really want me to go and visit.

so please can you help me to see what kind of visa should l apply for, since we are not moving to the US.

we dont know anything about this we dont know what to do or where to go. please help us.

Is your husband in the army? How did he get to Korea? Is he there on a visa? Are you?

Inquire at the US Embassy - Seoul, call them and ask about DCF or Direct Consular Filing.

It differs from different country I guess, If you've been living in Korea for quite long time, I think DCF is applicable.

You will be fine. You must locate the US embassy in Korea to file. Bring all documentation that validates your relationship and they will probably charge you for the forms so be financially prepared.

It could be better to inquire from the people who really know exactly what to do.

Since, you are living together in Korea and you just want to visit your In-Laws, you might try to get a Tourist Visa.

The OP is not looking for a K visa or an immigrant visa. She is looking to visit

OP - try the embassy in Seoul like Lencelotte suggested and apply for a tourist visa.
