Embassy requested fiance's son at interview

Got the interview appointment yesterday on the phone and the official email today.

The embassy (BKK) requested On's son be at the interview. I looked through the forums but couldn't find any direct answers about this

Will he be interviewed also? If so, what kinds of questions will he be asked so we can prepare.

Or is he just there to do fingerprints and stuff? He's 13.

CO only asks couple of question to chidren like how old are you? do u like ur new dad or something like these, but wait some more vjers will assets u better, good luck in interview

Is he immigrating aas well? If so they will want to talk to him, make sure he knows who you are, make sure that he accepts you. They will ask questions to kids like "how often does he talk to you?" "Does he like you?" "Have you done things together and if so what were those things?" he will be asked simple questions, but he will also be asked about your family and if he knows them and if he has met them and if he has been to your country to visit. Remember they are looking for validity of your relationship here and this child should be a key part of that because he is there at all times. he should be well aware of who you are and what is going on and the questions to him will be based on validating your relationship.

My daughter was 16 at the time of her K-2 interview, and the only question they asked her was why she hadn't come to the U.S. at the same time as me. She answered that she wanted to finish school in Canada and that was the only question they asked her.
