If you filed I-129F to get K-1 I don't believe you have to file I-130. The I-130 is only if you are already married to the person and want to bring them into the country, or if they were already here on another Visa I believe.

Someone else please confirm.

After you are married you will need to Adjust Status, so you need to fill out the forms for AOS, EAD (This document allows you to work before you receive your GC) and if you want AP (this document allows you to travel before you receive your GC). As for the act of getting married just phone where you would like to get married and they will answer all your questions for you. Also do not forget as a K1 you should go to your local Social Security office for your Social Security card.

If your fiance arrived on a fiance visa, you won't need the I-130.

Go to any towns municipal building, get a marriage license.

Done :)

You will probably have to have a ceremony as well. In San Francisco, at least, you get the marriage license, but it's not a valid marriage until you have the ceremony. (We got the license and had the ceremony on the same day, but we could have had the ceremony anytime within 90 days.) Check with your local city hall.

sab,

I-130 will be required only if you wait until more than 90 days after his entry to get married.

I-765 is not required, up to you if you want it or not.
