ANY immigrant status can be revoked anytime. Citizenship from immigration can also be revoked and, in any case you can be fined, imprisoned or deported or any combination of all three. In most cases of deportation due to fraud you WILL be flagged from re-entry. READ USCIS web site CLOSE!!!!

Conditional or Not... These days, even Citizenships are stripped off of a person. I know of a few who have not only been stripped of their citizenships, but also deported. And when their US citizen families tried to protest, they were told they are free to go along with their family member if they don't like being apart. Post 9/11, one should not take USCIS lightly.... The law means nothing to them.
