Hello guys!

I just got a letter from the Consul of the United States, that they received an approved Fiance(e) petition for me and that they are ready to begin the process of my application.

I just have some questions about the following timings.

www.usembassy.de gives the following instructions:

Step1)

The next step would be that I send the following filled out papers to the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt:

DS-230 form (just Part 1 or also Part 2?)

DS-156 form,

DS-156K form,

DS-157 form

Are there any more documents, or are these all?

Do I just send out the DS-230 form or bring all other forms to the interview?

How long do I have time to send them out?

Step 2)

After this I would have to collect all papers mentioned on the checklist and send a mail to the Immigrant Visa Unit after I have them all.

How long do I have time to collect all the papers and notify the Immigrant Visa Unit?

I do not send the papers out, I will have to bring them to the interview. Is this right?

I will be out of the country from middle of October until the beginning of November. I thing I will have all documents ready in the middle of November. I got the letter on September 1st. Is it to late, if I send them a mail in the middle of November? What are the deadlines for this?

Thanks for your help
