I sadly lost my wallet with my 2 year greencard in it. I do have a photocopy of it though. Will I have go get a new one or can I wait to my 2 year greencard runs out and apply for the 10 year one?

Is there anything else I need to do or can do?

Thanks

Send in the form I-90 with the fee for replacing it.

By law, you are required to have the GC with you at all times, not a photocopy.

Yup...

(and by the way, might want to fix the 'date card received' in your timeline from 2007 to 2008)

Why would you want to sit and wait for the 2 year to run out? You have an obligation to report it ASAP. You also need to contact USCIS and file I-90 with $ to have it replaced.
