what is certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate, beneficiary’s and petitioner’s marriage certificate?

I have original of both, how do I make Certified Copies.

You can only get certified copies from the issuing entity. So from records department from the place that issued the birth certificate and marriage certificate

I have a marriage Cert. from India and then Later I got a copy from them. On the Copy it shows Duplicate, is it Certified Copy?

It should have a stamp from records department, or marriage registrar...cant remember the name though.
