iam stressing too...the exit permit its taking wayyy too long

they said 25 days...but iam guessing its 25 business days...

I gotta go to the doctor i havent been sleeping good I dunno if going to the gym before bed has something to do with it....but I need pills to sleep....this process drains you man...this is crazy...all of us should we granted the novel prize...lol

I already smoked 2 in a row... :whistle:

You're stressing too much and that causes like of sleep. Ask me how I know?!

If anything, gym usually clears my mind a bit and I sleep better.

I thought it was the pillows...i bought new pillows...i thought it was the pink room...i painted it white...I put curtains to block the sun, I got a new fan, new comforter....and I still cant sleep....I dunno I look like a zombie

I'm probably going to get flamed for this but I'm not a big fan of sleeping pills so I tried something I've heard about for years....it's a natural substance called Melatonin. It isn't a sleeping pill but what it does is helps you to relax enough that sleep comes easily. With all the stress lately, I've used it a few times and it works very well. AND....I have no aftereffects from it the next morning like I have had before with prescription sleeping pills.

but if its not a sleeping pill what is it? something to drink>

Maire - It is a pill but it's not like a valium .... it's a natural substance so your body doesn't react to it like it would a prescription sleeping pill. Melatonin is something everyone's body produces but in some instances not enough is produced and that is what can cause you trouble falling to sleep. Try reading this...it explains it better than I can...

Lee - thanks...i'd rather not get flamed today..lol! I'm with you, I've not had any side effects or problems with it and it's just enough to allow me to lay down and pretty much fall right to sleep. Normally i'll lay awake for up to 2 hours before falling asleep.

Morning all!

I've been prescribed a few sleeping pills in the past but the best thing for me is exercise and to try and relax my busy mind before I go to bed. Reading knocks me out too. I had a friend use melatonin and said it was wonderful.

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

07/16/2009-----------Meeting in Spain for 6 days!

08/27/2009-----------Stationed to Nevrokopi

01/10/2010-----------Gets OUT of the Army!

02/16/2010-----------Interview!

02/24/2010-----------Lampros arrives in WA!!!
