Liz, I called the NVC, they dont have our case... So I called the USCIS to see what they can tell me... well... SIT DOWN... and get this... the immigration officer I spoke with said that the Department of State sent the file back to the USCIS but couldnt tell me why or anything!!! I put in a service request. I also sent an email to my Congressman asking them to call their liaison and see ####### is going on! I did call the Embassy earlier, but the people are out until tomorrow...

OMG...you have GOT to be kidding me??????? To tell you something like that and THEN say they can't tell you why or what's wrong???? INSANE! I'd be on the phone with that Congressman every hour until they make that call. This is ridiculous!

Yeah.. this really sucks! I remember when stuff wasn't going my way but it seemed to be cleared up quickly. Now several of you are going through some really ridiculous #######!

I really hope it gets cleared up soon. Lee and Richard just breathe deep and be sure not to go off on anyone! They may do some spiteful stuff! Hang in there

It does seem a lot of us are in the waiting mode... hm. My case is just "pending as is" but this dang army...

We're doing the court wedding then ceremony in months proceeding. My Dad said he'd cover the wedding.. I'm worried for his wallet because even just my immediate family is humongous. We won't do anything big though. I hope my honeys parents are able to come at least!

Hi Jamie! And I know exactly what you mean...just my immediate family is right at 32 people! So even though we wanted a "small" wedding, there will still be over 40 people at it..lol!

Richard - I sure hope that your Congressmans liason can find out something VERY soon!!!
