Timeline

I think the I-693 form (medical) for AOS is not required when I file. We don't have any medical information for Maria because they seal it all in the brown envelope and we cant open it. It goes to USCIS so I guess they have it already. As far as vaccines I'm not sure about that either. She had to get tetanus before she could come here and the DR told her she had a lot already. We just don't know what she has had. I guess I am going to submit anyway and if I get an RFE ... I will address it then.

Richard...when do u think ur SO will have the interview??

Maire, I honestly dont know the answer to that. I just got off the phone with the NVC and they still do not have our case there. I am fairly confident that once it gets to Warsaw, that the Embassy will schedule an interview quickly. We are ready, we have everything we need. I am planning on going over to the interview and bringing her and the kids back with me... assuming I can get time off work and we have enough notice.
