10/23/09: Marriage

02/19/10: Mailed AOS,EAD and AP via FedEx to Chicago Lockbox

02/23/10: FedEx online tracking confirmed delivery of AOS,EAD and AP at Chicago Lockbox

03/02/10: Check cashed

03/05/10: Received NOA1 for I495, AP and EAD (says it was done 3/2/2010)

03/12/10: Received NOA2 Biometrics letter. Appointment date: 03/22/10 (letter notice date: 03/08/10)

03/17/10: Received email/text message stating that CASE SENT TO CSC ON 03/16/10

03/26/10: Received notice AP has been approved and a notification has been mailed to me.

03/31/10: Received notice for EAD production

04/02/10: Received AP

04/05/10: Received EAD card

Thanks everyone. It is difficult, but I am actually relieved now that the actual funeral is over.

We haven't heard anything from the embassy since last week. I am going to call tomorrow, because the last time I called they said the earliest anything would be done was three business days. That was on Thursday. I am hoping that they will just move semi quickly.

A co-worker's grandmother just passed away this weekend and last weekend another co-worker's grandfather passed away... and now to find out about Lee's mother.... this is sad... I hope the sun shines after the rain...

I am sorry Maire, but I do kinda hold stuff in. It has been extremely stressful for me lately. I was hoping to Oksana's approval before the funeral, but that didn't quite work out like that. It is a process I am just working through my grief. The service was nice and it provided me and my family some much needed closure.

Oksana is still in Moscow with her mom. They are making the most of their time there. We have been talking everyday and she just feels horrible that she can't be here with me. We are just trying to remain positive until she gets her visa hopefully it won't take too much longer. As for the grief it hits me in waves so it comes out slowly that was I guess.

Yeah we can all go to Universal or something. I thought you were afraid to be around Derek and Maria since you may try and pounce on them.
