I just got an e-mail from the embassy they have all of my documents and the review can take up to two weeks. Still at least now we have a deadline. I was hoping for something quicker, but you take what you get and hope that is the worst case scenario.

Don't worry this has definitely been a sore spot for us the past few days. She is certainly getting a spenking when she gets here.

She said it was really easy. They asked her how we met, how long ago, what we did when I was in Russia. What she did when she was in America. The officer told Oksana that as soon as she reviews the documents it should be fine.

Natalia should be fine.

That's it? Must've been no more than 5 minutes, eh?

Oksana has been to the states three times. Twice before I knew her and once in April of '08. Her mom has lived in New York since 2002.

Igor the whole thing took about 5 minutes. She had to wait about an hour before she was interviewed though. She said even without the documentation the lady was really nice.
