It's a delicious Russian soup made with beets. It's so good.

Maira makes great Borscht.

Maire Borscht is beet soup! Cabbage, carrots, cilantro, beef and beets! It is deliciouso!!!!

I personally dont care for pickled beets... but i do love them grilled!!

And borscht (with or without the 't' is yummy)!

Without the "t" is just wrong. It makes a huge difference in the flavor!
