You never know...stranger things have happened...lol!

no, I do know... and i know because the USCIS officers in the call center... 1) have no power 2) do not adjudicate applications 3) have very limited access to information 4) have NO information and are not trained in background checks... and with all due respect to our Indian friends here on VJ... I might as well be calling a tech support group there....

The ONLY thing that a USCIS officer at the call center can do is put in a service request... period... end of story... and since the service request I put in 10 days ago or so was entered incorrectly... I cant get another service request for another few days.... the system wont even take it, the computer will just reject them....

So... I am off the phone... with NO further information or understanding of where my file is or what the hold up is...

Pretty much as I thought it would go...
