Thanks everyone but i am all alone and i miss her and i do not know if i will ever see or hear from her again. it hurts so much. because with the bad was a lot of good and we were really getting along lately and learning about each other as husband and wife. but i made a mistake but not a bad one that she didn't need to leave. now i don't know where my wife is and my life is empty without her. So what am i going to do? everywhere i look i see her and everywhere i am i see her because we went out together a lot.

I think it's like Igor and Richard said...just take it one day at a time and you'll make it through. Right now things don't look good but it will get better!

Yes, I am pretty sure there is an Atlanta office. I remember looking for phone numbers a long time (K1) ago, hoping to grease the skids... I am not minding this wait at all! :)

yeah..this wait is MUCH easier than the K1!!

You might could do a walk-in for biometrics...you'd have to check with that local office to see if they do them though.

Well everyone I talked to Bey. We are working out our differences. I am not sure what will come of it but in the meantime i am sending away for the marriage visa. Wish me Luck.

Can anyone help me with this. WHat forms I need to do and send out? I do not know if i should pay for it or just send myself. ANyone can help me here?

Rich, this is good news. I am sorry I cannot help on the forms to use, but having gone through the K1, I would think you can do it yourself now.

Rich - Glad to hear things are working out with you and Bey! I'm not sure of the forms for the marriage visa anymore either. I do know that the K3 visa is pretty much dead and you should file for a CR1 now instead. Might want to look in the K3/CR1 thread to see if they have any information on the forms.

Morning Richard - Anything new on the cases for Joanna and the kids?
