Richard - Find all the AOS forms you need? And just an FYI...not sure what you plan to do about the I-693 but you may want to read a bit in the AOS forum before you decide. A LOT of people have been getting RFE's for the I-693.

Richard - Here is a link to a thread on the AOS forum...it gives a listing of Civil Surgeons who will do transcription only for the I-693 IF all vaccinations are up to date. There is one in Marietta...that's not too far from Atlanta, right?

Guys my check was cashed and guess what, i cant confirm anything yet but it looks like there was no need for Kathy to go to the civil surgeon. I just played with my luck and see what happens, i was expecting the whole package to be sent back to me due to the fact that i just sent copies of her vaccines transcript which were in english and spanish but so far well... the check was cashed and my guess is that the process is on... unless i get a RFE but at this point i doubt it but we'll see, this will be confirmed once i get my NOA1 for the AOS...

03/05/10: Received NOA1 for I495, AP and EAD (says it was done 3/2/2010)

03/12/10: Received NOA2 Biometrics letter. Appointment date: 03/22/10 (letter notice date: 03/08/10)

03/17/10: Received email/text message stating that CASE SENT TO CSC ON 03/16/10

03/26/10: Received notice AP has been approved and a notification has been mailed to me.

03/31/10: Received notice for EAD production

04/02/10: Received AP

I didn't want to take any chances with our AOS so when I saw all those people getting RFE's on the 693 we just decided to go ahead and go to a CS. A lot of people are taking the chance of not and we'll just have to see what the outcome is.

Cool...at least it will be an easy drive for you..hehe!

No updates. Her dad is getting a little beteer each day, but he is still on bedrest. Although we are having a little disagreement now anyways. Nothing major, but suffice it to say that drunken e-mailing is just as bad as drunk dialing especially after a night at the adult dance clubs with your buddies.

How is married life?

Just a word of advice.... drunk-n-dial is a no no :)

Married life is no different, with the exception of this ring on my finger (which by the way feels very very strange)

We have started to complete the paperwork for AOS... Need some clarification on the 693 thingie you were talking about. We have a form 3025 is that good enough? What is the problem with the 693 and people getting RFEs for them?
