Yes, I am not moving... I have 10 people that work for me here and in theory, we would all just move over to a new firm. I have to be careful from a legal point of view since 'raiding' is illegal... but f&ck it... I dont care anymore!

Raiding, like it may sound... is when you or someone literally raids a firm and takes a large % of employees. In this case I would be taking them all.
