How are Joanna and the kids settling in?

I'm doing really good....feeling very energized lately with all the exercises that Pat and I are doing. We walk 1.5 miles everyday and then go home and do about 30 mins of abs, arms and legs. And thanks....I should have waited to put that on my status on FB because today I weighed and I'm actually down 4 lbs in 6 days! :dance:
