Was Great! She referred to herself as 'Birthday Girl' all night. She opened her gifts pushed them aside and went straight to the next one! Made a mess of the cake. She had a great time!

I am glad to hear that she had such a good time.

Me as well... there are few things as wonderful as an honest to goodness smile on the face of a youngster!

How are you Liz. Are you completely over being sick?

I'm okish....I thought I was over everything until I woke up Saturday morning. I ended up at the emergency room at 4am on Monday morning with the most horrible pains in my abdomen and back/kidney...turns out I have a Urinary Tract Infection! I haven't had one before so had NO clue what was going on until then. I've been at home on "bedrest" for the last two days.

How are you?

Maire - just read back and have to say how sorry I am, sweetie! I wish things had worked out better for you and your SO!!! BIG HUGS for you!!!

Hi all!

Painting dressers and putting on new hardware! One is mine and one is Lampros', it's really exciting to be getting things ready for when he gets here! I feel like it's so much closer now.. it is! 24 days left and he'll even get some honorable days off for being a good soldier.. aww, I'm proud!

Liz, did you get sick again or is it still lingering?? Poor thing.. I hope you get better very quickly!
