Iam here...but for the next 2 weeks i will be busy with finals grrr...but i aint going anywhere

HI Liz! Yes it's been a while to be on the forum for me! I've been really busy with work and then when I get home at 6-630 it's already 9-930 there so everyone's asleep and long gone!

I'm doing some testing for my gluten intolerance... I'm so lost and confused and I hope it all comes up with SOMEthing.

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

07/16/2009-----------Meeting in Spain for 6 days!

08/27/2009-----------Stationed to Nevrokopi

01/10/2010-----------Gets OUT of the Army!

02/16/2010-----------Interview!

02/24/2010-----------Lampros arrives in WA!!!

Hmmm....I hope you get some answers on that soon! Is it hard to find things you have have that are gluten free?

It's just hard to tell if I even am gluten intolerant. I've been eating wheat again these past 2 days to test the intolerance and I feel great! The doctor said I'll go back to feeling sick soon but that I also am not surely diagnosed yet.. so I'm not sure what side he's on of the idea. When I am eating gluten free it's really hard to find things that don't have malt or barley extract or just plain wheat. Anything you could think of to eat normally might have wheat in it.. it's.. frustrating.

I want cake and I want my Honey!
