I don't think AP is included with that. And it is my understand that AP is only for the time between AOS filing and the temporary green card. In my opinion it isn't worth it unless there is a real need to travel...an emergency. The thing about the $1010 is that they kinda give you EAD and AP for free when you do the AOS.

That's pretty much how I was thinking about it but my friend was asking about the fee....if her son isn't going to be going back to the Netherlands before they get their greencards then they probably don't have to worry about it. I'm wondering though if maybe he's wanting to go home during Christmas school holidays....that might be why they are thinking of doing AP for him as well....

Yes, this week is slow, although I have 3 out of 4 of the sales people out today.... but the week I leave all hell is gonna break loose... I can see the writing on the wall now.....

I wouldn't say nothing, but damn close.... the company I work for was acquired in March and as with all mergers there was a time of synergies, cost cutting etc... We just hired a new CEO a few weeks back, I met him when I was up in NY.... So save from him telling me no... our go, but dont come back, I am GONE

This is the pink bowtie I was eventually wearing when I almost peed on myself while relieving myself in someones driveway while being watched and yelled at.

My roomamte doing a stuffed monkey while I cheered him on. In all fairness we got two free rounds for this. It was probably a lot funnier if you were there.

Thanks Richard. It was just what the doctor ordered. I feel refreshed and a lot more optimistic. If only the embassy could extend my happiness.
