Yeah... I know Fedor has an average build. But as they say size means nothing when you have the skill. Fedor biggest asset is his ability to stay calm. His energy is used well and he has great skill. He has beaten a lot of top shelf fighters, made some look amateur.

Morning Carlos! Don't worry about not saying hello right away....I know you can't always.. :star:

Our weekend was BUSY.....but we got a LOT done! Our kitchen is 90% done!!! Pat is going to put the second coat on the walls this morning and then it's finished! It looks soooooooooooo awesome!!!!!

ROFL @ Lee......we watched the fights Saturday and when I saw Fedor, I went "huh???? He doesn't even look like a fighter!"

Thanks about the picture, Lee.....she is growing up way to fast for me!

niceeeee.... you know... i just realized that i could've used the paint that contained the pain plus primer...2in1 and saved time... but idk im not that good that home care... im just learning but so far i learned alot lol the kitchen is gonna look great, i know so because i notice the enthusiasm in you and how much your future husband is working on it = ) best of luck and keep up the good work... Kat starts her daily classes in NYC today....its gonna be her first ride all by herself in the subways and all the way near by where the world trade center used to be... she got a few practice rides so im sure she'll be just fine...well at least i hope she will, she has a map and instructions and she wrote down alot of things, even just to make sure how to say stuff like "where is the train that goes uptown to queens?" lol i told her you dont know how to say that? shes like... just wanna make sure i say it right.... her english isnt so bad...she's just shy, lets hope daily classes and going out every day will make her feel more comfortable and also less shy when it comes to speaking, she's doing it all so fast...what it took me 3 years to get accustomed to i hope she has it done in less than 2...if she continues at this pace = ) good thing i'll be there always to back her up

I'm sure Kathy will do great! I'm excited she's getting out and trying new things....it's so much easier and WILL make her transistion go a lot smoother I think!!!

yea hopefully it will... learning english is extremely important here, specially for employment....for instance, my friend is a manager at a restaurant, they were offering a cashier position at a good salary rate... but the only problem is that he needed someone that speaks english because there are many tourist around that area in manhattan and they need someone that can communicate....so that was sad, and everywhere you go, english is primordial in any job that you apply for here... at least ones that they dont abuse you working you 12 hours a day at min. salary...

And babysitting...it was an option but we ruled it out after reading the issues and how many ladies got in trouble with the law and personal experiences from acquaintances.... so i guess I gotta be patient.... I decided to take classes for income tax preparation so im attending that, plus it part of my degree (accounting) so might as well get over with it... I cant wait to get my bachelors already...just 10 classes to graduate = (

I will have fun for you too Liz. Maybe I will take some pics, we will see.

Yeah... I know Fedor has an average build. But as they say size means nothing when you have the skill. Fedor biggest asset is his ability to stay calm. His energy is used well and he has great skill. He has beaten a lot of top shelf fighters, made some look amateur.

I have been a fan of his since he was back in Pride. I had always known that about him, but to actually see him in person was just odd to me. He is without a doubt the baddest man I have ever seen. His calmness and his gameplaning are what seperate him from every other fighter. I know his fight was a big deal, because Oksana had never heard of him and I told her that seeing him was the entire reason for my trip to Chicago. After I got home she told me how it was all over the news even in her city. Now she wants to see him too.

Thanks Liz. I feel a lot better. The only bad part is being back at work. I fell asleep at my desk and had a drool line. Apparently closing bars in Chicago and sleeping in doesn't go well with coming back to work.

I wish I could go home Liz. I have an important meeting with some clients at 2 and since it is my project my attendance is required. Otherwise I would be home in bed.
