Once tomorrow comes Liz. You will think about Hunky Punky and not farkle... What time does his plane arrive? Are you bringing your Daughter or just you? How far is the airport from your house?

Quick question about I34:

"11. That I intend do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnish

room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and state whether it is to be given in a lump

sum, weekly or monthly, or for how long."

Do you put actual number and all that happy jazz or is there more "universal" answer to this nonsense?

EDIT: found this in one of the samples, would that be sufficient?

"I will take care of all the expenses including travel, lodging, boarding, food, medicare and all other expenses during their stay with me in USA."

Thanks.

I forget exactly what I put, but it was along the lines of what you found on the sample. I am certain that would be sufficient.

Thanks Lee. One more question, does it have to be notarized or sig and date is enough?

LOL...yeah, very true!

His plane lands at 1:20 local time....and no, my daughter will be with her dad this weekend so I'm going on my own. And I have to drive 4 hours to pick him up in Houston.

Igor - I didn't have anything notarized either...just signed/dated.

Packet 4 from Warsaw does ask for it to be notarized... The one I gave Joanna, however, was not notarized... In Fact, on the form I used, there wasnt even a place to have it notarized.

Thanks. I am filling out generic I-134... Aren't they all the same? Did you guys fill out something different?

I'd love to meet the guy/lady who makes up those papers...

"10. That I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the

following person(s). If none, state none."...

The sample says "This question is only for US Citizen who filed family based immigrant sponsorships( Green Card) form I130.

For a non-immigrant visa holder ( like H1, L1 etc) or GC holder this question is logically not applicable so write None or N/A."...

??????????????

I haven't filed any sponsorships in the past... "For a non-immigrant visa holder" - are they talking about me or my SO? I have a citizenship and passport on hand...
