Hi all;

For packet 3 we have to create an ongoing consent to marry form for both the petitioner and beneficiary?

What is the address that we use on this letter? What is the correct address to use for cases in London?

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Address it to the Consulate/Embassy in London. The same place you'll be going to your interview, and the place you're returning Package 3 papers to. It's a letter of intent. You can just change the date from the first one you sent in with the original I-129F package as well if you want. Just make sure there is one for each of you with original signatures.
