Filed my paperwork, 5 months go by and we hear nothing. Then 3 letters within 2 weeks claiming we will be denied. The 3rd letter finally says why this will happen. The next day I overnight what they wanted by Fed-Ex.

NOW SILENCE AGAIN.

Seems they can't wait to get you the bad news  otherwise they have no time for us.

I remember previous postings of yours gbrown. I'm sorry to hear this and I'm wondering what they said about intent to deny? Did you send a waiver letter in with your new application?

Thank you for those kind words of encouragment, on my previous post I was hmmm shall we say "stressed". That is no longer the case. A new application was not required of me. I sent in the waiver that was asked for along with the cover letter that was supplied by the USCIS. To be honest I am no longer worried, after thinking about my original post a little.

If they were simply going to deny me they would have already done and I would have heard from them (if history is any indicator). I figure that a month with no news is an indication that it is moving through the process.

Anyway no reason to wine or complain about it, only two possible outcomes and I am confident of how it will all turn out.

Oh okay...you sent in the waiver after receiving an RFE? Given what I remember of your previous post, I don't think you'll be denied. Best of luck! Stress is an awful thing eh?
