i am on the process for my aos

filed last 7/30/2009.

got NOA18/2/2009 for i-130, i-485, i-765, n i-131

NOA2 received 8/17/2009 for aos n i-765 biometrics sched on 09/12/2009

get an infopass for earlier fingerprinting (done 09/10/2009)

when we arrive home that day from local office at Philly,

just found out at my email that EAD card was ordered

but saying we have to wait till 30 days for the card to be mailed.

my question is. . .

my USC husband has a joint petition for me and my kids which are now in the Philippines,

how will i know that they were approved to follow me here in the US
