EAD runs 30-90 days (from when you send everything in) - with no RFE's causing delays. AOS varies so it's hard to say - may/may not even get an interview (not everyone does).

There is no appointment for the EAD. Expect 3 months from filing the application for the EAD. Grenn card is 2-6 months, usually Yes, it is possible to get the green card first. My wife did.

As others have said, expect the EAD in 60-90 days since filing. As you are a K3, you are very likely to be interviewed before you get your green card. Now AOS interview scheduling varies widely by local office and many other factors. As you can see, it took us almost a year to get the interview after filing. You can check the timelines and the USCIS web site for the dates for your local office.

You can't get an EAD until you've had your Biometrics Appointment. They will use the photo they take at Biometrics to put on your EAD card. We got our EAD about 3 weeks after the Biometrics Appointment, so in total it was about 4 months from the time we filed for AOS until the EAD arrived. Biometrics Appt. took 3 months!

After the EAD arrived our AOS interview came about 6 week later, and the greencard arrived about 10 days after our interview.

No one knows how long anyone's stuff will take.. every case is different.

Wow we filed on 8/28 got NOA1 on the 9th and got letter today for Biometrics. I hope we get EAD 3 weeks after that appointment on 10/8 that would mean we got EAD in less than 60 days.
