You guys are so clever. Really, you got me.

Doesn't change the face that you accuse anyone who criticizes Affirmative Action as a racist, and tell them "gaining credibility with the clan" blah blah blah.

Talk about regurgitated soundbites - thats the vomit coming out of your own mouths.

More cookie cutter stereotyped preconceptions.

Where's the money Joe?

Where's the money Joe?

You really just have nothing better to say do you? How many people here were called racist because they mentioned affirmative action? SEVERAL. So where is the "cookie cutter" response?

The stereotype is coming from the leftists in this thread, such as yourself. Who use "shut-up" tactics, such as, "you're racist if you question affirmative action" which is rampant throughout this thread. Did you even read the thread? (<--- how's that for regurgitated pike BS)

All I said was that wheeling out Affirmative Action in relation to the actions of one idiot at a music awards show is a stupid argument. Its stupid because it fundamentally misunderstands what AA is - and as another poster rightly indicated - its to do with government policies.

Last I checked, Kanye West wasn't in government - nor does he draft government policy.

So yes, I read the thread Joe. Clearly you didn't if you're sitting there making wild accusations about what people said. I have a fairly good memory, and I'm rather certain I have said said nothing of the kind that you're accusing me of in this thread.

That isn't surprising because as I have pointed out on numerous occasions - your whole modus operandi here is to slander and otherwise make wild assumptions about people based on silly (yes, stereotyped) assumptions about what you think they believe. How you expect anyone to respond to this rubbish without pointing out quite what it is that you are doing, eludes me quite frankly.

To me, whenever you post this kind of stuff it says quite plainly to myself and a good few others here:

"Hello, my name is Joe. And I am idiot".

Here's the kicker though - and this really underscores how monumentally, irredeemably stupid you are. When it finally clicks that people are lambasting you for the stereotyping the only response you can muster is that its somehow yet more proof about how those evil "libruls" stifle the guy on the right.

Its bullshit Joe. And so are you.

I think what happened with Serena Williams was that she assumed that she would win because she'd beaten Clijsters 7 games out of 8, and didn't need to put as much practice before the game. Before she went on she was asked how she'd been spending her time before the match - she said something along the lines of "just relaxing" which I found strange.

It was clear quite quickly that she wasn't really playing up to par - never really got going in the first set and when she smashed her racket it was obvious she was getting frustrated.

Of course having the game delayed for nearly 2 days for rain probably didn't help either.

We watched this match on the tv (we were going to watch the final on Sunday but somehow they didn't show it on terrestrial - no idea what that was about!) and Serena really did lose it leaving Kim rather bemused or so it seemed.

The Federer vs Djokavic match was excellent, even though Djokavic didn't get on the scoreboard as much as his playing seemed to deserve. That's tennis though.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Serena basically blew up because the line judge called a foot fault on her second serve which gave Clijsters match point. She'd already gotten a conduct warning for smashing her racket and throwing it, so when she chewed out the lineswoman they awarded the last point to Clijsters.

Believe it or not we waited two days for that match - the session on friday was rained out completely and it only let up on saturday at about 8pm.

I saw the final last night online - they stream the matches on www.usopen.org. Another 2 set victory - though Clijsters was struggling in the first set.

I don't care whether or not the Affirmative Action post had anything to do with the topic at hand. Which it didn't. It was a baiting post of course. I understand that.

The problem I had, is instead of people stating it was a baiting post, and ignoring it, a lot of libs on here are crying racism. It should have been blown off and disregarded, but no, people had to accuse the poster of being a racist, and comparing myself and others to clan members. And it went on for page after page. I wasn't accusing you personally of making the racism remark. However, apparently you think you fall into the leftist category, so why do you have a problem with me using it?

I'll have to check that out - I would like to watch the men's final today which will either be a damp squib of a fabulous match, depending on how Del Potro handles the situation :)

Based on the bolded in the preceding post - this is exactly what you were accusing me of.

As I say Joe, my problem is with your constant stereotyping - you take one post and extrapolate the opinion onto everyone you disagree with. Its bogus.

If you have an issue with what Ling Ling posted, I suggest you take it up with him. Trying to draw everyone else into the argument by with your broadbrush generalizations is only going to piss people off.
