we got marry last week when i file 485 and g325A do I put her name as her married name or her name as shown on her visa?

you can put her married name. If you look at all the forms they say other names used or maiden name and there you put her name as shown on her visa.

OR

you could just use her maiden name, but then if she is the beneficiary her GC would be in her maiden name.
