Although the petitioner is the "Agent",can the beneficiey send the "DS-230"

I have everything ready for DS-230.But since we chose the petittioner as the "agent",I have to mail it to the petitioner so he can mail it to the NVC.

Would that be a problem If I just directly send it to the NVC as the beneficiary?He doesn't need to do anything other than mailing it.

It won't be a problem. As long as the mail service you use is reliable and NVC receives it, they don't care who sent it.
