My Wife is the USC and I am a UKC, my wife is currently living and working in the UK, she has been he for about 15 months now. She still has a residence in the US, where all her bills and bank account is.

My question is on the DS-230:

Q.14 Address of Spouse (if different from your own)

Should this be the address in the UK or the US address stated on the I-130 ??

Spouses occupation

Should we list UK employment ??

Q21a Persons named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now

My wife is named in question 14, however she is a US citizen, so is the answer none ?

Thanks in advance !

Address:

List the US.. you want to ensure you clearly establish 'domicile', home residence is in the US.

Occupation:

Why would you not list it.. Not listing it could be seen as "misrepresentation' if uncovered.

Persons named:

Logically I think I know the answer, but I'll let a CR1 answer that...

No, her legal residence is in the US, right? That's what they are looking for. Does she pay US income taxes?

She files her federal US income tax each year.. But her job is in the UK.....

I put my UK address there and had no trouble. The thing is I didn't have a US address (I am the USC).

As for the Q21a I put my name, I thought I'd rather look silly than learning afterwards that I had to put it anyway, as we are both travelling together. In any case, having put it wasn't a problem.
