We sent photos of him with my parents and me with his parents. My letter of intent to marry was just sent thru email.

No RFEs and we got approved within 2 months of filing.

I am putting everything together today to get it to the California station. Just a couple of in general questions......with the passport photos is says put in a baggie and attach it to a piece of paper...should you staple the bag to it or glue it and then put it after the 325? also do you do the same thing with the pictures of us together? and would you send pictures of just us together or me with her family also? How many should i send ? Also with the declaration do I need to attach another sheet of paper when I can fit it into the box on the paper? I am going right off the list from this site which is great!!!Thanks VJr's

I took an 8.5 x 11 paper and used double sided tape to attach a sandwich sized zip-lock bag to the paper and put the photo in it. Then I labeled a tab according to my table of contents. It went behind the G-325. Then I put everything together with ACCO fasteners with the two holes at the top and labeled tabs to divide the petition into sections according to the table of contents.

I couldn't find any small zip-lock bags at National Bookstore (for the passport photos), so I bought small brown coin envelopes and printed a label with our names and birthdates and whether we were the petitioner or the beneficiary. After that, I put the pictures in, stapled each envelope to a letter size paper (8.5" x 11") and then put the appropriate picture behind the 1st G-325A form before clipping it together with the I-130. (In my daughter's case, a picture of her was not required on her I-130 but I included one just the same).

Did the same for the I-129F. We also attached separate sheets for any "overflows" in the forms. Meaning, if you couldn't type the full, complete info on the form, we put it on the separate sheet (typed it up using MS Word) and then attached it to the I-130 or I-129F, as appropriate (we put the number of the question the response corresponded to).

For the wedding pictures and other pictures we didn't send them any printed on photo paper, we just printed 4 pics on one sheet of regular paper (we didn't even label ours).

We had our friends and Rick's parents prepare sworn affidavits for us, and they were all kind enough to provide photocopies of their passport bio pages so when we picked the wedding pictures for printing, we selected those where our friends and Rick's mom appeared so they can identify the people who did the affidavits for us.

We wanted to make it really easy for the USCIS adjudicating officer to review our stuff. Aside from the cover letter we downloaded from VJ (which was a very good one, we just reformatted it to suit our needs), I also prepared a separate checklist to breakdown what we included as our proof of bonafide marriage and ongoing relationship and placed it in front of the first piece of evidence we submitted.

If you have a proposal pic of the man bended on knee and holding the ring to the lady, the consulates love to see this pic and considers it key photographic evidence of an engagement.

Thank you all for your help I have completed it all .........except have to go and pick up more pics at CVS...lol....i figured I would include 15 (she emailed me a bunch of the engagement party last night) ....SO HERE WE GO!!!!. I double and triple checked it all!!!!
