Hi just wondering.. since i am filling my daughter's AOS with me (K1), do i need to file separate Advance Parole for her? I just dont know how does it work. thank you.

If you want an AP for her, yes. Each person for each document is a separate applicant. Your daughter will receive nothing unless you apply for it. She does not "automatically" receive anything as being the daughter of a K-1

every paper you fill in for yourself you should do the same for your child, except the EAD unless they are over the age of 15 and then they could work if they want to. otherwise that doesnt need to be done!

It is adviseable to apply for EAD for a K2 even if they are under 15 as it is a recognised way of obtaining a SSN for a child before the green card is approved, this is what USCIS told me when I called them. A child/K2 does not need to fill in the G-325A however and their copy of the I-864 can be a duplicate of the K1 applicants.

Your GC is just 6 or so mouths away; are you really going to travel outside the US in that time frame? If so, submit for AP, if not, it is truly a waste of time.

There was no chance my fiancee and now wife was going back to the RP basically just after getting here so after a few seconds of thinking, I trashed the AP form.

But if you file concurrently with the I-485 it costs no more and you will have peace of mind that if in the event of an emergency or family crisis (eg funeral, serious illness etc) you have the option of travelling without jeopardising your GC application. It would be prudent to apply regardless of whether you think you need it now or not!
