Hi, I have a quick question regarding DS-3032 form. My Dad applied for my sister and her family, who at that time was married, for her immigration to USA. Finally, we heard from the nvc the case has been approved and we must submit all the necessary documents.

My sister is currently residing in Kampla, Uganda for the last two years. However, at the time of filing the original case, my sister was living in Karachi, Pakistan. Her work permit in Uganda expires in December 2009 and will return back to Karachi.

My question is, can she fill out the DS-3032 form and mail it from Kampala, Uganda? Or does she need to send it from Karachi, Pakistan.

We greatly appreciate your help in this matter.
