Well, I took my wife, daughter, and extended family in Vietnam to THE BIG GRILL our last night in Vietnam.

The food was AWESOME. It was really nice hanging out with Ralph and Hanh. Trang and Hanh hit it off and were talking quite a while about their experiences with the whole visa / interview processes.

It looks like a nice restaurant. I think you should stick to American food. It is less competitive in Vietnam in the foreign food business (except from McDonald, KFC, etc).

Agreed! Both are great and fun people. Hanh gets very excited and animated when she talks. I didn't understand much of her conversations with Phuong, but it was a hoot watching her talk! :D
