Wait, so are you in AP? AP/AR?

one email told me we are in AR last one said we are in Ap so i guess both who knows its delhi

The good news is that AP is going much quicker these days. We were on AP as well. But you have made it this far, don't loose hope yet! xoxoxox

in the delhi office 90 percent of the ap gets sent back to the states so i dont hold much hope

well here is some what of an update......perviz friend told him that the delhi embassy sent a package to perviz to his house (thats the address perviz uses for mail in delhi) we do not know what is in the package as his friend didnt open it so at this time perviz is on his way to srinagar to call delhi to have his friend open the package to see if it is return of his passport with out visa or if it is passport with visa and the much talked about brown envelop that u not suppose to open
