I see that James's shortcuts has one sample DS-230 Cover letter,but didn't like it that much.

I was wondering if there is another sample out there I might wanna use it.

Please find enclosed the following items comprising the DS-230 packet. I would kindly request that originals of pertinent documents be returned to me at the time of the interview in STATE, COUNTRY (I am providing photocopies for your official records, if needed):

 Bar Coded Covering letter <After you pay $400 via online and they accept your payment, you can print the cover sheet]

 Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

 DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

 DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions

 Photocopy of the Biographic Data Page(s) of Beneficiary’s Passport

 Birth Certificate of beneficiary

 Original Marriage or Certified Marriage Certificate and photocopy of Marriage certificate [i send the original since I didn’t have a certified copy]

 Original & Photocopy of Police Certificate – Beneficiary

 Original & Photocopy of Passport office Police clearance certificate. [depends on your country]

Of cource it's optional.but it's good to have a cover letter;nice and neat so they would know what i'm including with my mail.
