Hi,

I got a medical done in March for my K-1 Visa. I already sent in my I-485 application to adjust status, everything going smooth so far, got biometrics done, etc. As i'm looking at my Notice of Interview letter, it states many things to bring, and one of them is

'a completed medical examination(Form I-693) and vaccination supplement is a sealed envelope(unless already submitted)'

....when i sent in my AOS package I just sent a copy of the vaccination paper I got from my medical in March, in Canada. It looks exactly like the vaccine supplement page of the Form I-693. I never got an RFE after they received the AOS package, all is well there...so what does this mean? Am i meant to go see a Civil Surgeon here or bring another copy of my vaccination paper?Anyone deal with this?

Thanks for your help!

Steph

You might want to take a look at the following (pinned) thread...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=101202

I just read the pinned thread above. Is this information up-to-date? The original post was done in 2007. My fiance did complete all of his vaccinations as part of the K1 process. He does not have a full copy of the medical, but does have a copy of the vaccination supplement from the panel physician. If I am understanding this post correctly, he does not need to see a civil surgeon here in the US in order to file AOS. Is this correct? His medical from the brown envelope will be forwarded to USCIS with all of the necessary information including vaccine information, right? He only had a chest x-ray and no skin test for TB. From reading some other threads on here, it seems that the medical procedures may have changed in the last 2 years. Thanks for your help.

If you submitted the vaccination supplement you should be fine.
