Well we are both worried about it since it pretty much determines our future!! How could it not? And that is absolutely true....she says stop worrying it will be fine....but then that's his attitude for everything....you have have to have faith!!

I really don't see how what has happened should affect your K-1 visa. If you're honest and explain the details as you've outlined, it is a reasonable scenario. Although not technically an overstay at all, it *could* affect his trying to visit before the K-1 is issued, since he didn't "obey" the instructions before (if they were documented). You're like most of us are/were....overthinking everything and worrying about every little aspect, so I won't bother telling you to relax.
