just wanted to ask you guys... Well I got my interview date set for October 9th, but I haven't recieved my EAD or AP, I got my biometrics was done early August 13th and my original biometrics was supposed to be 28th August.

Do you think I should be worried at all?

May 2002 -- Met online.

07/16/02 -- Decided to start a long distance relationship.

01/09/04 -- Finally met him in person when he visited me in London, UK.

June & Dec 04 -- Visited him in Los Angeles, CA.

07/10/05 -- Arrived in the U.S. on F-1 Visa.

07/18/05 -- Got married in Las Vegas, NV.

01/08/09 -- Visited London, UK with him.

06/12/09 -- My graduation, F-1 Visa expires in 60 days.

07/30/09 -- Sent off I-485 and I-130 TODAY!

08/02/09 -- Delivered to Chicago Lockbox @ 9.35pm.

08/05/09 -- Checks cashed.

08/08/09 -- Recieved 4 NOA-1's (I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765).

08/11/09 -- Recieved Biometrics Appointment for 08/28/09 @ 10am.

08/13/09 -- Early (Walk-In) Biometrics taken today.

08/28/09 -- Original Biometrics Appointment.

09/08/09 -- Recieved Interview Appointment in Los Angeles, CA for 10/09/09 @ 9.45am.

09/15/09 -- EAD card production ordered.

09/16/09 -- AP document approval notice sent.

09/22/09 -- AP document recieved.

09/22/09 -- EAD approval notice recieved.

09/23/09 -- EAD recieved.

09/24/09 -- Applied for SSN.

10/02/09 -- Recieved SSN in the mail.

10/09/09 -- Interview Appointment in Los Angeles, CA @ 9.45am. APPROVED

10/15/09 -- Green card production ordered.

10/16/09 -- Recieved I-485 and I-130 Approval/Welcome letter.

10/21/09 -- Green Card recieved, IN HAND.

Nope! Don't worry! We got our AP (two of them) the day before our interview. EAD came a week after our interview. And the I130 wasn't even recognized until a day after our interview. I think the key is that you have an interview notice and that's pretty good indication that you are on track and looking good. We had our interview on Sept 1 and got the green card in the mail yesterday! Good luck on that interview!

07/19/09 Biometrics letter received, appointment set for 07-28-09

07/23/09 Early Biometrics appointment (walk-in) at USCIS Goleta, CA office

07/29/09 Received Notice of Interview Date, set for September 01, 2009 in Los Angeles

08/31/09 Received AP (two of them)

09/01/09 Interview in Los Angeles - APPROVED! Yay! Card production ordered

09/05/09 EAD received

09/12/09 Green card received in the mail!

Start to Finish only 76 days!

06/06/11 Mailed I-751 Package to California USCIS

06/09/11 First NOA for I-751

08/05/11 Biometrics appointment at USCIS Oxnard, CA office

10/19/11 Received email and text that card production was ordered

10/20/11 Received email and text that application had been approved

10/25/11 Received NOA in mail regarding approval and card production ordered

10/26/11 Received Green Card in the mail!

Start to Finish 142 days!
