Dear VJers,

I have a quick question.

I am not sure if this is nornal or not so I am asking your opinions.

Is it possible to get an interview date before you get a EAD?

My wife did biometric couple weeks ago and we are waiting for EAD apporval.

I guess EAD is on the way since we got the interview date.

08/04/2009 - AOS and EAD received and Check cleared

08/06/2009 - NOA1 for I-485 and I-765

08/14/2009 - Touch

08/17/2009 - Touch

09/04/2009 - Biometric Appt @ 3:00 pm

08/28/2009 - Biometric done(Walk-in) - got yelled for coming early!!!!

08-31-2009 - Touch

09-11-2009 - EAD Approved and oreded a production of the card

09-12-2009 - Received an Interview Notice

09-16-2009 - EAD Card Production again??

09-21-2009 - EAC Card Received

09-24-2009 - SSN applied

09-30-2009 - SSN received

10-15-2009 - Interview @ 3:00 PM

10-27-2009 - Green Card Production ordered recevied via email

10-30-2009 - Received Welcome Letter

Yes. My wife got her green card before her EAD and AP.
