Oh charles stop your blubbering. I for sure will miss your sexy azz voice.

It's time. I have been here 6 years. I have seen my fair share of joy and heartache during my time here, in fact I have seen too much and now it's just the right time to leave.

We will have AOS to go thru..then lifting of conditions and really, I can't stay here for 4 more years. I might implode..lol.

In the next few months I will be concentrating on preparing for my husband to come home. I need to devote alot time to my career and my family.

So no drama~~ no secretive reason, just me doing what I need to do.

Jackie,

when i read that post it was "." ...but if its time to leave and prepare for your life for ibriham, go for it honey. You know where we are if ya need some help through AOS...you shouldnt have to lift conditions if you wait a little while to file AOS, you guys have been married a long time now..wait until you are married 2 years and then file to get the 10 card. ;)

youre loved here and you have been very supportive to many (F) best wishes honey. :)

Hi all

I know I don't post very often, but wanted to give a quick update on our case. Our interview is set for 1:30 pm. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia... Please keep us in our prayers..

Also, no slumber party as he will be going around 4:30 am in the morning for me and though I may be awake and paranoid until I hear something, I will be pretending to try to sleep until he calls me.

I'm keeping everyone in my prayers whose going for their interviews and being reunited with their loved ones. I love reading the updates by people...so I lurk around but don't post much

Dee

good luck at the interview..prayers for a quick reunion :)

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

....just gonna sit quietly over here in the corner. (glad the fuzzy one never listens to me ;) )

jJ (F)

just me being indecisive and backtracking :P

I totally understand your reasons not that you have to give anybody any. I should be making an omlette and getting ready for class but I couldn't resist today making a comment reading the thread. My Mom comes tomorrow and leaves the next day. It's homecoming weekend though she didn't plan to be here for that. lol! And I'm afraid that now that we passed 8 weeks that we're moving into the 5-6 month range for the visa in hand. In five to six months my whole world as I know it is going to change.

You've got the couch I've got the music!

How in the world could I leave VJ ? I have signed into this site everday since 2003.

I hate the gossip and backbiting~ but I love the good women (and Charles) in the Mena forum. What I need to do is thicken my skin and when I read ####### that is written about myself and ya'll ~~~~~~I need to let it roll off and not let it affect me like it does. I let words from strangers, hurt my feelings and I can't let it get me down. Ya know..some think I lost my mind when Mohammed divorced me...no actually all I lost was an idiot and about 30 pounds. :P My morals, ethics and compassion remain intact.

Not too many of you know what is actually going on in my life at the moment, and you dont really need to. But I will share with ya that I am homeless and living in a motel. God has always provided and my faith is strong that He will give me the determination to dust myself off and keep going.

I am blessed with awesome family and friends and what more could I ask for.

ok........back to the countdown MY HUSBAND IS COMING HOME!!!!!

And the weird part is you can't tell from the writer if it's directed at you or not unless they spell it out.

For some reason that calls for another Tracy Chapman song.
