For Part 5 of the I-864 (Affidavit of Support), my husband is also "a person on an I-864 who is now a lawful permanent resident". Do I then count him twice for the purpose of this question? This would make our household 4, including my petitionee (mother), even though it's actually three people. Is that correct ?? Seems rather odd to count one person twice.

Also, for question 23 (current individual income), do I put zero (since I'm a full-time student now), or the amount I made this year until I entered school ? I am currently not employed.

Bah, please ignore the first question --- I just re-read the instructions  For some reason I can't edit this post anymore. I still need confirmation on the 2nd question --- do I put down what I've earned so far this year, even though I'm currently not employed?

Hi,

You would put zero as your 'current' income is zero.

Hi,

So even though I made a little over 20k this year before going to school (and declaring it on taxes for 2009) I am supposed to put "0"?
