Sorry it took me so long to get back on here, but our visa interview in Dakar went extremely well, and we received the visa. My fiance traveled home with me, and we arrived late last night. I'll post more about the interview later, but I wanted to let you all know.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

I am new on here but my husband's interview will also be in Dakar. He has received the forms and already has all his records, medical exams, etc. My question to you is did your husband need your birth certificate? Please let me know and also what the interview was like asap if possible or if there is anyone else who knows the process in Dakar. I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance
