AOS Question

Hey guys, I am filling out the AOS I-864 right now and have a couple of questions.

First, I am working, but currently just barely make over the 125% and want to play it safe and have a co-sponsor. I will use my mother, who I am currently living with until I can get a better job using my bachelor's degree (stupid economy.)

Second, I need to know if this is right... I have filled out an I-864, and my mom, who is my join-sponsor, should fill out only an I-864A correct?

Also, my mother's income is about 60K anually, should I just keep it simple and go only with that and not include assets, or should I overload it and give them everything (bank account, IRA, House etc.)?

Finally, on her tax returns, we used an online tax program and filed electronically. I have printouts of her tax returns for the past three years and her W-2s and all that, but not transcripts. Is that okay? Just make copies of everything?

Thanks much!

It can't hurt - if they decide your income is sufficient, they will return your co-sponsors information (or at least not use it).

Yes

Correct - if income is sufficient, there is no need to complete the optional portions regarding assets, bank accounts etc.

Transcripts are great but they're not required. If submitting copies of IRS Tax returns (such as you described; print outs are fine) all you need to do is include copies of supporting documents (i.e., W-2's etc).
