Hello, I dont want to run this question into the ground. But seeing as I am about to mail off my I-130 packet, I just want to be sure. On my DL, passport and bank statements I have a physical address. But all my mail is sent to an PO Box, due to we live out in the country. My question is... can I put my PO Box for my address on my I-130 form instead of my physical address, even though all my other documentation has my physical, also, if I use my PO Box on the I-130 form should I use it also on my G-325a or have my physical address on that one? I dont see an option to have a seperate mailing address..... :(

Yeah that would be nice but! That's not the case with USCIS on most of their forms.

I posted a question about this regarding the I-129F and have not come to a conclusion as to how I should handle it. The I-130 and I-129F are confusing, as they do not specify mailing or residential address. To make matters worse, if it is the foreign relative or fiance(e) (in my case), who uses a different mailing address, the I-130 and I-129F has two different places for their address and NEITHER of them state whether it should be for mailing or residential. As far as the G325A, it seems you should put your physical address since it says "Applicant's residence".

So, how did you handle it?
